A. 你们Sky BBQ的目标宾客是谁? Who are your target guests of your Sky BBQ ?
我们的目标宾客是本地的日本/韩国人以及专业的日语或韩语使用者。我们的目标宾客与去年的圣诞活动相同。
We are targeting native Japanese/Koreans and professional Japanese or Korean speakers. Our target remains the same as our last Christmas event.
B. 你们如何确保成功举办一场愉快的活动? How are you confident to pull through a an enjoyable event ?
我们在去年的圣诞派对中取得了良好的记录,并得到了宾客的高度评价。

We had a good record of Christmas party last year and were reviewed highly by the guests.
The top appealing programme were prizes giveaway and professional bartender service. We would ensure we deliver well on these main 2 highlights and we have also "hunted" many attractive prizes from Europe (France & England)

我们的营销渠道:
i)现有数据库
ii)通过LINE、Kakao、Instagram、Facebook、Youtube LinkedIn的数字营销活动是我们的主要渠道
iii)线下营销通过在马来西亚受日本或韩国人欢迎的餐馆、活动中心、协会、教育中心

我们欢迎任何形式的赞助 -
可以是商品样品赞助到货币赞助,完全取决于赞助商愿意提供的任何形式的赞助。然而,“质量”产品是我们鼓励日本或韩国宾客尝试的一部分。不过,我们的主要赞助商从RM3,000起,前两名赞助商在活动期间将设立一个摊位,我们甚至可能会将您的摊位设为参与幸运抽奖的必经之地。
We welcome any form of sponsorship -
it may be a merchandise sampling to monetary sponsorship, it is strictly to the sponsors' readiness in any form of sponsorship. However, "quality" product is part of our checklist to encourage Japanese or Korean guests to give your product a go.
However, our main sponsors are from RM3,000 onwards and top 2 sponsors would enjoy a booth set up during the event where we may even make your booth a compulsory check-in pit for guests who are set to run for lucky draws.

Our sponsor partners would be featured in various forms along our campaign and on the event day., dependent on the level of partnership that you are aiming.

This event is open to offline participation as well as online participation - who are unable to join the event physically including those in overseas.
The event would also be video recorded and can be accessed on-going basis via our youtube channels. Besides, as trust is fundamental for Japanese/Koreans, this recorded video would be referred as and when we promote our job opportunities amongst the Japanese/Koreans all year long.
H. 如果赞助的活动取消或推迟会发生什么?What happens if a sponsored event is canceled or postponed?
一旦我们从目标受邀者的“预注册”调查中得到了一个好的想法/提案,活动就会保证举行。活动当天的出席情况是唯一的不确定因素,如果天气不利或者有来自当局的紧急声明。
This event would be guaranteed to take place, once we have achieve a good idea/proposal from our "pre-registration" survey, duly input by our target invitees. The only uncertainty would be the attendance on the event day if the weather is not favourable or some emergencies declaration from authority, in case.

Brand Exposure or awareness amongst the niche of native Japanese or Korean or professional Japanese or Korean speakers who are in general an average income of RM10,000/month with good purchasing power.
Note : We do not recommend "selling" during the event but your brand would certainly get exposures of awareness.
